１． 2週間以内に中国湖北省への滞在歴あるいは新型コロナウイルス感染症を疑う患者との接触があり、発熱・咳の症状がある方は、「帰国者・接触者電話相談センター」へ電話にてご相談ください。

２． 2週間以内に中国湖北省武漢市以外の新型コロナウイルス感染症流行地域に滞在歴があり、発熱・咳嗽の症状がある方は、来院の前に当院への電話連絡をお願い致します。（Tel：03-3451-8211）。
◆来院される際には、必ずマスクの着用をお願い致します。
◆受診方法を電話にてご確認ください。
◆来院されたら、建物内には入らず、救急外来・時間外入口にあるインターホンでお知らせください。

１．If you have visited or stayed in Wuhan within the last two weeks or if you have closely contact to patients suspected to coronavirus, and if you have a cough or a fever, please contact to “Returnees, Contact Communication Center” by phone.
